What sets us apart?
A unique approach
Bespoke & Evidence-based.
Every course is delivered by our Resuscitation Officers, seasoned registered HCPs with backgrounds in emergency care and a passion for teaching.
Being prepared takes more than a mannequin.
We prepare you to handle an emergency as you might actually encounter it in your clinical practice, using high-fidelity scenarios and simulation.
Removing the monopoly.
Accessing clinical training shouldn't be a commodity. We want training to be accessible, fair, and not to be kept for the highest bidder. Our courses are fairly priced - we could charge more, but we don't need to.

Mr James Hibbert
Founder and managing director
James Hibbert founded the United Kingdom Resuscitation Alliance with a singular mission: to restore integrity and clinical depth to emergency education. As an experienced Paramedic with postgraduate training in Critical Care, he built the UKRA on the principle that life-saving skills must be taught by those who actually perform them. His ethos rejects the rise of compliance-driven, tick-box exercises delivered by providers without frontline experience. His clinical philosophy focuses on the human factors of resuscitation—bridging the gap between theory and the high-pressure reality of a medical emergency. By championing training that is grounded in operational lived experience rather than just plastic mannequins, James ensures that clinicians are prepared for the unpredictability of real-world patient care. Under his leadership, the UKRA stands as a commitment to professional capability, evidence-based practice, and a belief that quality clinical training should always be a priority over profit.
Dr Sachin Sharma
Clinical lead and head of clinical simulation
Dr Sachin Sharma is a GP specialising in resuscitation education, with a background in simulation and systems-level training design. As former Simulation Lead at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust and a member of the United Kingdom Resuscitation Alliance, he works at the intersection of clinical practice, education, and standardisation. His focus is on the delivery of high-fidelity, clinician-led training that reflects the realities of frontline care - grounded in evidence, but driven by operational relevance. He has a particular interest in how resuscitation training can be scaled without losing credibility, consistency, or clinical integrity.
Dr Sharma is part of a growing movement challenging passive, compliance-driven approaches to resuscitation education. He advocates for programmes that are built by clinicians, informed by real-world practice, and designed to prepare teams for the complexity and pressure of genuine emergencies - not just controlled simulation.
